Producer for 10-Song Spanish Worship Album

PROJECT DIRECTION The objective is to create a cohesive, professional worship album with a modern worship sound, organic instrumentation, creative textures, and strong emotional dynamics. TOTAL PROJECT PRICE AND PAYMENT STRUCTURE The complete fixed price is $8,500 for all ten songs. The contract will be divided into ten milestones of $850 each. Each milestone will correspond to one completed song and will be funded sequentially, with an expected pace of approximately one milestone per month. If the producer delivers a song ahead of schedule, the client may approve and fund the next milestone sooner at the client’s discretion. All production, studio, musician, vocalist, choir, engineering, editing, mixing, mastering, and agreed delivery expenses described below are included within the $8,500 total. No additional charge will be made for male or female background vocals or group choir vocals, even if we mutually decide that they are musically beneficial and should be used on all ten songs. Anything genuinely outside this agreed scope must be discussed and approved before any additional expense is incurred. INCLUDED PRODUCTION SERVICES The package includes the following for each of the ten songs: • Song development, production, arrangement, and demo • Studio rental and recording expenses covered • Professional recording of the required musicians and vocalists • Live drums • Bass • Acoustic and electric guitars • Piano and keyboards • Synths, pads, and additional production elements • Virtual strings, including EastWest strings when appropriate; live string players are not required • Any other mutually approved instrumentation or arrangements necessary for the production • Male and female background vocals • Live-recorded group choir vocals wherever we mutually determine they contribute musically, including potentially all ten songs • Editing and audio cleanup • Timing correction, quantization, and synchronization • Vocal editing and tuning • Professional mixing • Professional mastering • Organized and consolidated stems • Instrumental and performance versions • Song/chord chart for every song The agreed price includes the expenses associated with the studio, session musicians, background vocalists, group choir singers, recording personnel, and engineers necessary to complete this scope. FINAL DELIVERABLES A clearly organized folder will be delivered for every song containing: • Final mastered version in WAV • Final mastered version in MP3 • Complete instrumental version • Performance/minus-lead version without the lead vocal while retaining the background vocals and group choir • Individual, clearly labeled stems • Drums and percussion stems • Bass stems • Acoustic and electric guitar stems • Piano, keys, and synth stems • Pads and string stems • Lead-vocal stems • Background-vocal stems • Group-choir stems • Effects and other production stems • Click track and guide/cues when used • Original key • BPM • Time signature • Complete song structure • Song/chord chart in PDF containing the lyrics, chords, and structure All audio stems must be consolidated from the same starting point so they can be imported easily into Ableton Live or another DAW and remain properly synchronized. OWNERSHIP, USAGE, AND CREDITS The client will retain ownership of the final masters and all other project rights, subject only to the producer’s specific revenue participation described below. The producer will receive 10% of the net income actually received from the sale or licensing of stems, multitracks, sequences, song charts, and similar resources through Multitracks, Secuencias.com, or comparable platforms. This 10% participation applies only to income from those specific resources. It does not provide the producer with ownership of the masters or participation in other master-recording revenue, streaming revenue, distribution revenue, performance income, or other royalties. The $8,500 production fee otherwise represents the producer’s complete compensation for the production and post-production services covered by this agreement. The producer will receive the appropriate producer credit. If the producer and client co-write any portion of a song, the composition and publishing percentages for that particular song will be discussed and agreed upon separately in writing. No songwriting ownership is created solely by producing or arranging a song. All musicians, engineers, background vocalists, and choir singers hired as part of this package must grant the permissions necessary for the client to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, perform, and monetize their recorded contributions as part of the album without additional session payments or future royalties. All contributors will receive appropriate credits. COLLABORATION AND MARKETING Clear and consistent communication is expected throughout the project. The client will provide demos, lyrics, musical references, vocal references, and feedback as each song progresses. When practical, simple behind-the-scenes photographs or video clips from the recording sessions would be appreciated for use in the album’s social-media and release campaign. This content is a collaborative request and is not a required production deliverable unless separately added to a milestone.
