## Beauty Photo Retoucher Needed — High-End, Natural Beauty & Lash Editing We are looking for an experienced **beauty photo retoucher** to edit professional images for our beauty brands. We need someone who can create a **luxury, high-end editorial finish** while still keeping the images natural and realistic. Think polished beauty campaign imagery — not overly smoothed skin, obvious filters, or heavy Photoshop. ### The type of images you will be editing: * Close-up lash extension photos * Lash lifts and brows * Beauty portraits / client photos * Product and campaign imagery * Social media and website content ### Editing may include: * Professional skin retouching while maintaining natural skin texture * Cleaning up redness, blemishes, uneven skin tone, and distractions * Enhancing overall skin tone and complexion * Cleaning up stray hairs * Cleaning and refining lashes without making them look fake * Removing small imperfections around the eyes/lash line * Enhancing sharpness and detail * Colour correction and professional colour grading * Improving lighting, contrast, and overall image quality * Removing distracting background elements when necessary * Maintaining extremely high image resolution and quality ### The look we want: **Clean, luxury, editorial, polished and expensive-looking.** We want images to look like they were professionally retouched for a major beauty brand while still looking like the actual person/product. Please **do not apply if your editing style heavily blurs skin or makes images look obviously filtered/AI-generated.** ### Ideal candidate: * Strong portfolio specifically in **beauty, skincare, makeup, lashes, hair, fashion or cosmetic retouching** * Advanced Photoshop skills * Excellent attention to detail * Strong understanding of skin retouching and natural texture * Experience working with high-resolution RAW/JPEG images * Able to create a consistent editing style across multiple images * Reliable communication and turnaround times This could become an **ongoing position** as we regularly need images edited for social media, campaigns, product launches and our website. ### To apply: Please send: 1.
