QuickBooks Clean Up & Reconciliation Expert

We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Clean Up & Reconciliation Expert to review, organize, and reconcile bookkeeping records for a one-time accounting cleanup project. The goal of this project is to ensure that QuickBooks records are accurate, properly categorized, and fully reconciled with available bank and credit card statements. The selected expert will identify errors, resolve discrepancies, and improve the overall accuracy of the accounting records. Scope of Work: • Review QuickBooks Online accounts and transaction history • Perform bank and credit card account reconciliation • Match QuickBooks transactions with financial statements • Identify and correct missing, duplicate, or incorrectly recorded transactions • Review account balances and investigate discrepancies • Clean up inaccurate or misclassified transactions • Prepare necessary adjusting entries when required • Ensure accounts are properly reconciled and up to date • Provide a summary of completed work, findings, and corrections made Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have: • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Practical experience in bookkeeping cleanup and reconciliation projects • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements • Ability to analyze transactions and identify errors accurately • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and complete projects within deadlines We are looking for a reliable accounting professional who can deliver clean, accurate, and well-organized QuickBooks records with proper reconciliation and documentation.
