QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping & Bank Reconciliation

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to review and reconcile our QuickBooks Online records. The main task is to reconcile bank and credit card accounts, identify and correct discrepancies, review transaction categorization, and make sure the books are accurate and up to date. The ideal freelancer should have strong experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping cleanup, including: • Bank reconciliation • Credit card reconciliation • Transaction categorization • Account reconciliation • Cleanup bookkeeping • Catch up bookkeeping • Chart of accounts review • Accurate financial records You should be comfortable reviewing existing transactions, identifying errors or missing entries, and making appropriate corrections in QuickBooks Online.
