RAG Based AI Agent and Chatbot Developer Needed for Marketing Agency

We're a marketing agency looking to hire an AI Automation Engineer to build a custom AI chatbot for our business to handle lead capture, answering prospect questions, and qualifying inbound leads before they reach our sales team. The bot needs to be grounded in our own content (RAG-based, not generic responses), deployed on our website (and ideally WhatsApp), with human handoff for conversations that need a real person, and lead data syncing into our CRM. Looking for: - Proven experience building RAG-based AI chatbots with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) - Strong Python and/or TypeScript backend skills - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, or similar) - Experience deploying chatbots on websites and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Twilio, etc.) Full scope of work shared with the right candidate.
