Recruitment Consultant – Client Acquisition & Talent Sourcing | Switzerland

We are a Swiss recruitment and staffing company looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Talent Sourcer to support us in growing our business in Switzerland. The role combines business development and recruitment. We are looking for someone who can work independently and support us on both the client and candidate side. Your responsibilities: Identify and approach potential Swiss clients with open positions or staffing needs Generate leads and support B2B client acquisition Research and source suitable candidates via LinkedIn, job platforms and direct search Create and manage job advertisements Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews Build candidate pipelines and match suitable profiles with client requirements Maintain structured documentation of leads, candidates and recruiting activities We operate in two main areas: Permanent recruitment, particularly for finance, administration, back-office and professional/technical positions Temporary staffing / personnel leasing, including construction, rail and technical roles We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in recruiting, talent sourcing and ideally recruitment business development. Experience with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search and modern/AI-supported recruiting tools is highly welcome. German language skills are important, as most clients and candidates are based in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Knowledge of the Swiss recruitment market would be a strong advantage. We would initially start with a limited number of hours and clearly defined tasks to evaluate the collaboration. If there is a good mutual fit and measurable results, there is strong potential for an ongoing long-term collaboration with increasing responsibility. We value a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
