What You’ll Do - Work with our team to set up the subreddit, including its description, rules, post flair, and moderation guidelines. - Our team will create the content. You will post. Open to suggestions about what you think we shoudl post too! - OPTIONAL: Moderate discussions, respond to comments, and help members feel welcome. - Identify appropriate opportunities to participate in related subreddits while respecting their rules. - Build account credibility and karma over time through helpful, authentic participation. - Track membership growth, engagement, and what content brings people back. Who We’re Looking For - Demonstrated experience launching, managing, or growing Reddit communities. - Strong understanding of Reddit culture, moderation tools, and community expectations. - Experience working with education, student, or test-preparation communities is a plus. - Someone who can recommend a strategy and take ownership of implementing it. We’re focused on sustainable growth through useful content and genuine engagement. No paid promotion, purchased upvotes, bots, or artificial engagement.
