Reddit Community & Organic Growth Specialist

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands Reddit to help build the organic Reddit presence of ShishaX and VOLTA. This is NOT a traditional social media management role and we're not looking for mass posting, fake engagement, purchased/aged accounts, or spammy brand mentions. We want someone who understands Reddit culture and knows how to participate in communities naturally. What you'll do: * Monitor relevant Reddit conversations and subreddits * Find opportunities where ShishaX can genuinely contribute * Research discussions around VOLTA, electronic heat management, HMDs, hookah setups and competitors * Write natural comments and posts that don't sound like advertising * Help build credibility for the official ShishaX/VOLTA Reddit presence * Create educational, technical and discussion-driven Reddit posts * Engage with users and answer questions * Monitor brand mentions and community sentiment * Suggest topics based on what Reddit users are actually discussing * Provide a simple weekly report with insights, opportunities and performance We're looking for someone who: * Uses Reddit regularly and genuinely understands the platform * Writes excellent natural English * Understands subreddit culture, moderation and self-promotion rules * Can communicate like a real person rather than a corporate brand * Has strong research instincts * Is comfortable learning the hookah/shisha category in depth * Can work independently and proactively Experience specifically with Reddit community growth is much more important to us than general social media experience.
