Roof Permit Age and Data Collection AI Engine

Summary

I need someone who can download the every taxable address in specific counties in Florida. This is public record but each county may have 200,000+ records. Once done I need an AI tool that can search the web for information and append it to each record. Some will be easy such as year built, size etc. The hard one will be to append the most recent roofing permit to the database. I have successfully managed to train Chat GPT to append the data I want as well as get the roof permit dates with manual lookups. The issue is it can only process 300 records at one time. I need something thats can process massive quantities of data
