SDR (Appointment setter) Super builds AI voice agents for property management companies. We're growing our outbound team and looking for an SDR who's hungry, systematic, and thrives on the phone. Requirements: - Works US time zone (EST, CST, MST, PST) - Fluent in English - Strong phone and sales skills Role Structure - Remote, contract role - Hourly pay PLUS commission for each SQL What you'll do - Work provided prospect lists and sequence automations — tune messaging to the prospect, add personalization from secret-shop calls, fill out prospect research gaps - Secret-shop each target's company line so your outreach references a real, specific experience — not a generic pitch - Run multi-touch sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn) across ~3 contacts per company, 4+ touches per contact - Run initial discovery calls to qualify interest, then book appointments for the closing team - Hit 100+ dials/day and a monthly target of 20 SQLs - Work Apollo.io as your system of record — sequencing, call notes What we're looking for - 2–4 years of SDR experience - Track record of high volume of cold calls and effective appointment setting - Strong in verbal English and sales - Curiosity and "pain-oriented" sales: listen to a prospect's current phone system; find the real problem we can solve - Self-starter who can work a process without needing to be micromanaged Bonus points - Tech fluency with Slack, Apollo, and AI tools - Experience selling into real estate, property management, or PropTech
