Seeking Full-Time Real Estate Cold Caller (Prospecting) - Must work 9am-5pm EST

I'm looking for a experienced or coachable real estate lead generation person to take our contacts from prospects to leads, and setting appointments. You will primarily be working the phones, but will be doing other leadgen activates as well. I have a process you will follow, and I outline the requirements for when a prospect becomes a lead and we need to set an appointment. You must speak very good English. And have experience and knowledge with making or receiving calls, You will be asked to submit a video of yourself answering a few questions. We will have a face-to-face video zoom call so I can assess your leadgen skills. Most of the work will be done on a US-based workstation. We'll provide access to all apps and tools you'll need to get the job done. HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION IS REQUIRED (this will be checked if you're hired). I'm seeking someone that can work full-time, has no other jobs or obligations, and willing and committed to growing with a company that will value their work and success. If you're not going to be comfortable working the phones for most of your shift, please don't apply. You will work 9am - 5pm EST, with your schedule being flexible if you need to call prospects outside that window. COMPENSATION - This position is commission-centric with a base hourly compensation of $3 per hr. - You will receive $3 for every appointment set and realized for phone chat with me - you will receive $30 for every appointment set and realized for in-person chat with me - You will receive $300 for every deal we close as a result of your efforts - Your earning potential has no cap. You bring the results and you will be rewarded handsomely.
