Senior AI Automation / Full-Stack Developer specializing in Real Estate

I’m looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build a private, end-to-end real estate acquisition system for real estate investors and wholesalers. The system should find distressed/off-market properties, pull property and owner data, build targeted lead lists, run comps, calculate ARV, MAO, equity, rehab estimates, and potential profit, and recommend the best acquisition strategy. It should also automate outreach, qualify seller motivation, handle objections, follow up with leads, schedule appointments, manage the CRM/pipeline, generate offers and contracts for approval, and track deals through closing. This should be built specifically for real estate investing, not a generic AI chatbot. The system must evaluate each opportunity for Cash, Wholesale, Subject-To, Seller Financing, and other Creative Finance structures.
