Senior AI Engineer — AI Agents, LLM, RAG & Generative AI

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help us build production-ready solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Generative AI, and modern AI APIs. We are looking for someone who can go beyond simple API integrations and has hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying real-world AI systems. What You’ll Work On Build and deploy AI Agents and Agentic Workflows Develop production-grade RAG pipelines Integrate and optimize LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models Build intelligent AI-powered applications and automation workflows Design multi-agent systems where appropriate Implement vector search and semantic retrieval Work with embeddings, chunking, reranking, metadata filtering, and retrieval optimization Develop backend services and APIs using Python / FastAPI Integrate third-party APIs and external data sources Build prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks Improve AI response quality, accuracy, latency, and cost Implement conversation memory and contextual understanding Deploy AI applications to cloud/production environments Monitor, test, and continuously improve AI systems Required Experience 5+ years of professional software/AI engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI Proven experience building RAG systems Experience developing AI Agents / Agentic Workflows Strong Python development skills Experience with APIs and backend development Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar Strong understanding of embeddings, vector search, retrieval and reranking Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM APIs Understanding of cloud deployment and production architecture Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with multi-agent architectures Experience with AI evaluation and observability Experience with fine-tuning or model adaptation Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Docker and CI/CD experience PostgreSQL / Redis experience Experience building SaaS products powered by AI Experience handling large-scale documents and knowledge bases What We Expect We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a feature from architecture to production, not someone who only follows predefined instructions.
