Senior UiPath Developer / Architect – IXP, Document Understanding & Action

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer / Intelligent Automation Architect to design and build an end-to-end automated pipeline for processing Account Opening Forms. The ideal developer must have strong expertise across the full modern UiPath stack specifically UiPath IXP / Document Understanding (DU), Action Center (Human-in-the-Loop), Data Fabric (Data Service), and Maestro / Orchestrator. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Email Ingestion: Configure automated ingestion of incoming PDF application forms from Microsoft 365 mailboxes into UiPath Data Fabric. Classification & Extraction (IXP / DU): Set up document classification for Account Opening Forms and supporting ID documents. Configure Generative / ML Extractors in IXP / Document Understanding to accurately extract key header, personal, contact, and compliance fields. Configure custom field validation and confidence threshold rules (e.g., 85% confidence cutoff). Human-in-the-Loop (Action Center): Design long-running asynchronous workflows in Maestro / Orchestrator. Build intuitive Validation & Approval Tasks in UiPath Action Center for low-confidence data entry and dual-level approval/denial workflows. Data Management & Downstream Integration: Build schema and integrate data storage using UiPath Data Fabric (Data Service). Trigger conditional post-processing actions (e.g., customer confirmation/rejection emails, API hooks). Daily Reporting Automation: Build a scheduled process to aggregate 24-hour processing metrics (STP Rate, Approved vs. Rejected, Action Center pending counts) into an automated daily HTML/Excel report. Required Skills & Experience UiPath Certification: UiPath Certified Professional (ADP / ADPV1 or Advanced RPA Developer) strongly preferred. Document Understanding / IXP Expertise: Hands-on experience with OCR engines, taxonomy configuration, ML models, and Generative Extractors. UiPath Action Center: Experience building long-running workflows with persistence activities (Create Document Validation Action, Wait for Task and Resume). UiPath Data Fabric: Experience designing entities, relationships, and CRUD operations within Data Service / Data Fabric. Integration & Orchestration: Strong experience with UiPath Integration Service, Microsoft 365 activities, and Orchestrator queue management. Banking / Financial Services background: Experience handling ID verification, form extraction, or KYC workflows is a major plus. Project Type & Details Project Duration: Short-term / Project-based (Estimated 3–6 weeks depending on testing cycles). Engagement: Fixed price or Hourly (Open to negotiation for the right candidate).
