Short-Form Content & Organic Growth Lead | Reels, TikTok, AI & Social Media

We are a private dental clinic in UK, London looking for a Short-Form Content & Organic Growth Lead to help grow our Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. We are not looking for someone who only edits videos or schedules posts. We want someone who understands why content gets watched, shared and followed — and who can help us consistently create stronger-performing content. What you would do • Research current trends, viral formats and competitors • Come up with strong content ideas, hooks and repeatable series • Give our dentists/team simple instructions on what to film • Turn raw footage into high-quality Reels, TikToks and Shorts • Edit for retention: strong first 1–3 seconds, pacing, subtitles, B-roll, music, transitions and storytelling • Create captions, covers, carousels and supporting posts • Schedule/post content across platforms • Review analytics and improve future content based on watch time, shares, saves, reach and follower growth • Repurpose content efficiently across platforms • Use AI tools where useful for research, ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing and content creation What matters most We care more about proven organic growth and strong creative judgement than years of experience. You do NOT need dental experience. Experience with beauty, aesthetics, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, luxury or other consumer brands is also relevant. However, you should be able to research and understand a UK audience and adapt trends rather than simply copy them. When applying, please include: 1.
