Short-Form Video Growth Strategist

We create short, emotionally engaging videos about work, identity and living a meaningful life. We're looking for someone with proven experience growing organic audiences on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. We already have a writer and designer. Your role is to help our videos reach more people through specific creative improvements, testing and analysis. There is potential for ongoing work with our designer, reviewing analytics and improving future videos. Our style is thoughtful and emotionally resonant. You should understand how to increase attention and sharing while preserving that character.
