SketchUp to Twinmotion Tiny Home Rendering

Job title: Set up a Twinmotion scene of our 20ft tiny home — deliver the project file (SketchUp model and textures supplied) ABOUT US INSTASHACK imports and sells expandable tiny homes, studios and site cabins across Australia. We're based in Lismore NSW. We want a properly built Twinmotion scene of our 20ft 2-bedroom expandable home that we can then render from ourselves, over and over, as we need new angles and settings. IMPORTANT — THE DELIVERABLE IS THE TWINMOTION PROJECT FILE, NOT A SET OF IMAGES. We want to own the scene. Renders are something we'll produce ourselves afterwards. WHAT WE'RE SUPPLYING - SketchUp model (.skp) of the 20ft 2-bedroom unit, fully built with interior walls, joinery, windows and doors - The real cladding texture (DBE-6901 dark grey oak grain), prepared as a seamless tile and already applied to the exterior walls in SketchUp at correct real-world scale (472 x 141mm per tile, 141mm plank courses) - Factory photos of the actual unit for colour and detail reference Wall UV mapping is already sorted, so the model imports cleanly with triplanar mapping off. WHAT WE NEED IN THE SCENE 1. Model imported and materials applied throughout: cladding, roof, aluminium window and door frames, glazing, deck, interior floors, joinery and benchtops, matched to our reference photos 2. Realistic Australian backyard setting: lawn, native planting, a few trees, timber deck area 3. Lighting set up and working, with a clear mid-morning sun setup as the default 4. At least 6 saved camera views covering hero exterior, expanded sides open, rear elevation, living area, bedroom, kitchen or bathroom, so we can render any of them with one click 5. Scene tidy and organised: sensibly named materials, no stray objects, default Twinmotion plinth removed DELIVERABLES - The Twinmotion project file with all assets, opening cleanly on our machine (we run Twinmotion 2026.2) - A short handover note or quick screen recording showing how you've organised it and where to change key materials - 2 sample renders at 4K, so we can confirm the scene produces what we expect SOFTWARE Must be Twinmotion 2026.2 or compatible. Please confirm your version. TIMELINE AND BUDGET Delivery within 5-7 days including one round of revisions. Please quote a fixed price.
