Social Media Manager – Content Creation, Strategy & Growth .

We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our brand on tiktok We need someone who can take ownership of our social media workflow — from content planning and content creation to scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking. This is more than just posting content. We’re looking for someone who understands social media strategy, short-form content, trends, audience engagement, and organic growth. What You’ll Do - Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar - Create engaging Instagram posts, Reels, Stories - Develop content ideas, hooks, captions, CTAs, and hashtags - Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools - Create branded graphics and carousels using Canva - Schedule and publish content consistently - Research social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and content opportunities - Repurpose existing content across TikTok - Manage comments, DMs, and overall community engagement - Monitor social media analytics and content performance - Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and organic growth - Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity - Bring fresh content ideas and recommendations proactively Requirements - Previous experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing - Strong knowledge of TikTok and social media - Experience creating Reels and short-form video content - Strong Canva skills - Experience with CapCut or another video editing tool - Good understanding of content strategy, trends, hashtags, and social media algorithms - Strong writing skills for captions and social media copy - Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools - Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking - Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines To Apply Please send: 1.
