I am a small business owner looking for a skilled social media marketing professional to take full ownership of my social media presence. This is not a simple posting role — I need someone who thinks strategically and understands how to use social media as a lead generation tool. What I'm looking for: - Build and manage a comprehensive monthly content strategy aligned with my brand and business goals - Create high-quality content including reels, carousels, and static posts - Write all captions with strategic messaging designed to attract and convert ideal clients - Manage content calendar, scheduling, and posting across platforms - Analyze monthly performance and continuously refine strategy based on results The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with small businesses and understands the difference between content that looks good and content that actually drives leads and bookings.
