Squarespace Website Expansion & Local SEO for Senior Concierge Business

I own Solavé Living LLC, a veteran-owned non-medical senior concierge business serving Long Island, New York. This is not a complete website rebuild or rebrand. I want to retain the current Squarespace platform, branding, logo, colors, domain, and overall style. Project Scope • Review the existing Squarespace website and identify layout, design, user-experience, and technical issues. • Redesign and refine the current website so the information is organized, visually appealing, easy to understand, and consistent with the Solavé Living brand. • Improve the overall visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, imagery, calls-to-action, and page layouts while maintaining the established brand identity. • Create five dedicated service pages: 1. Senior Companionship 2. Errand and Grocery Assistance 3. Wellness Check-Ins 4. Light Housekeeping 5. Decluttering and Home Organization • Create a Packages and Pricing page • Add a Services dropdown menu and improve the overall navigation • Change the current “services-content” URL to a cleaner “services” URL and establish the appropriate redirect • Correct the heading structure, including proper H1, H2, and H3 usage • Create or optimize page titles and meta descriptions • Add descriptive image alt text • Add appropriate internal links between service pages • Optimize the website for relevant local searches in Suffolk and Nassau County, New York • Add LocalBusiness and Service schema where appropriate • Integrate my existing Jotform consultation links and calls to action • Connect or verify Google Analytics and Google Search Console • Update the Nourish meal-service section to display “Coming Soon” • Test and optimize the completed website on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices • Remove or correct any unnecessary, broken, or confusing elements • Ensure the website presents a consistent and cohesive design across all pages. • Test and optimize the completed website on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. • Ensure all navigation, buttons, links, forms, redirects, and calls-to-action function properly. • Provide a brief website walkthrough upon completion so I understand the updated site structure and can manage basic future updates. • Include up to three rounds of revisions during the design and implementation process. I will provide the finalized business information, service content, package details, branding, and other written materials.
