Streaming expert Build a multi-platform live streaming setup with slides, charts, and pre-recorded

I run a personal finance brand with about 1M followers across platforms, and I want to start doing regular live streams where I teach on camera. I need someone to build a reliable setup where one broadcast goes out simultaneously to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and where I can bring slides, charts, spreadsheets, and other visuals onto the screen while I'm talking. Once it's built, I need to be able to run it myself without a technical person on every stream. I currently pay for Riverside and would be glad to keep using it if it can do everything below. I'm also open to OBS, Ecamm, StreamYard, Restream, or another tool if you can make a clear case for why it's the better fit. What I need you to do: 1. Recommend the right stack for my situation and explain the tradeoffs in plain terms, including whether Riverside can handle this or whether I should move to something like OBS. 2. Set up and test the connection to all four platforms, including the Instagram and TikTok RTMP requirements, which I know are more restrictive than YouTube and Facebook. 3. Build the scenes I'll use during a stream: full camera, camera with slides (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides), camera with a chart or spreadsheet on screen, full-screen share with a small camera in the corner, and an intro/outro screen. I want to be able to switch between these with a hotkey or Stream Deck, not by fumbling through menus. 4. Set up lower thirds with my name and branding, and an overlay that puts live comments or questions on screen so I can respond to them. 5. Dial in audio and video settings for my existing gear (I'll share my mic, camera, and internet details once we start) so quality is consistent across platforms, especially for vertical-first platforms like Instagram and TikTok. 6. Set up a way for me to see comments from all four platforms in one place while I'm live. 7. Advise me on recording a stream and then rebroadcasting it as a live on Instagram, TikTok, and the other platforms at a later time. I see other creators doing this and I want to know the tools to use, how to schedule it, how to handle comments when the "live" is pre-recorded, and what each platform's rules are so I don't put my accounts at risk. 8. Run at least one full test stream with me on a call so we can catch problems before I go live to my audience. 9. Write a short step-by-step guide (or record a Loom) showing exactly how I start, run, and end a stream, how I load new slides or charts for each session, and how I set up a pre-recorded restream. What I'm looking for in you: You've built this exact kind of multi-platform, multi-scene setup for creators or businesses before and can show examples. You know the current quirks of each platform, especially Instagram and TikTok, and you've actually done the pre-recorded restream workflow rather than just read about it. You communicate clearly and can explain technical decisions to someone who is not a video engineer. Scope and terms: This is a fixed-price project to get the system built, tested, and documented. I want to be live as soon as possible, so speed matters and I will favor proposals that can start right away.
