Swedish-Speaking Outbound Phone Rep for Scandinavian E-commerce Brand (~4 hrs/day, Remote)

Evirelle is a fast-growing Scandinavian e-commerce brand selling compression socks across Europe. We're looking for a native Swedish-speaking phone rep to call our Swedish customers for roughly 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. What You'll Be Doing: You'll make calls in Swedish, covering three types of calls in this order of priority: Chargebacks — Call customers who've filed a dispute, resolve their issue, and get the chargeback withdrawn. 1-star Trustpilot reviews — Call the same day a review comes in, fix the problem, and ask them to update their review. Abandoned checkouts — Call during your shift to recover the sale. Swedish customers expect a calm, respectful, straight-to-the-point conversation, so there's no hard selling here. You'll be the friendly, competent voice of the brand. What We're Looking For: - Native Swedish, spoken and written. You should sound completely natural to customers in Sweden. - Good working English for written communication with our team - Experience with outbound calls, retention, or phone sales - Calm with frustrated customers; persuasive without being pushy - Reliable, self-managed, and consistent - Hands-on experience using Shopify (locating orders, customer details, abandoned checkouts, etc.) - Available during Swedish business hours (CET) - Bonus: familiarity with Swedish e-commerce norms and consumer expectations (returns, refunds, disputes) The Setup: ~4 hours/day, Mon–Fri Fully remote Ongoing role, long-term potential To Apply, Please Share: - A brief description of your phone experience (especially in retention, sales, or customer recovery) - A 1–2 minute voice recording introducing yourself in Swedish, plus a 20–30 second intro in English
