US Tax Knowledge Person for Sales Demo (Only for Americans)

Hello, I’m Deepak, Founder at UpTax.ai. We are looking to add a Demo Specialist to our team who can conduct product demonstrations of the UpTax platform for US CPA firms, accounting firms, EA firms, and tax professionals. About UpTax UpTax is an AI-powered Tax Preparation platform designed to help US tax and accounting firms automate their tax preparation workflows and reduce manual work. The person joining us will be responsible for conducting product demos and walking prospects through the complete UpTax workflow. Key Responsibilities Conduct live demos of UpTax for US CPA, EA, accounting, and tax firms. Explain the complete workflow of the platform in a simple and professional manner. Demonstrate how a tax return can be prepared using UpTax. Walk the prospect through the process from data/document intake → AI tax preparation → review → finalization. Prepare and demonstrate an actual sample return during the demo so prospects can clearly understand how the platform works. Answer questions related to US tax preparation and the platform's workflow. If the person has prior experience in US Tax so it will be easier to respond on clients concerns Understand the prospect's existing tax preparation process and explain how UpTax can fit into their workflow. Handle some technical and tax-related questions during product demonstrations. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead qualification to product demonstration. Preferred Background The ideal candidate should have: US Tax Preparation experience. Experience working with US Individual and/or Business Tax Returns. Knowledge of forms such as 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S. Strong understanding of the US tax preparation workflow. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical tax workflows in a way that CPA firm owners and tax professionals can easily understand. Ability to confidently answer questions during live client demonstrations. Why US Tax Experience Is Important Since UpTax is specifically built for the US tax preparation market, having a US tax background will make it much easier for the Demo Specialist to understand the prospect's questions, demonstrate the platform effectively, and explain how UpTax can be incorporated into their existing tax workflow. The role is not only about demonstrating software. The person should be able to understand the tax professional's workflow, demonstrate how UpTax handles a return, and confidently answer US tax-related questions during the conversation.
