Technical CRM & Automation Specialist for Ontraport and Kajabi

We are looking for a high-quality Technical Automation Specialist based in the Philippines to complete the rollout of our new front-end website, custom assessments, and backend sales pipelines. We are decoupling our systems: our existing video courses and upcoming membership stay hosted on Kajabi (acting as our silent LMS delivery engine), but 100% of our front-end website, dropdown services pages, CRM data tracking, complex questionnaires, and checkout forms are moving to Ontraport. Our main Ontraport Home Page is already complete, meaning the design system, styling, and global elements are fully established. Your role is purely technical implementation: cloning our active style to build out interior pages, configuring our interactive diagnostic forms, and wiring the backend automation. CORE DELIVERABLES: Page Migration: Recreate our remaining interior pages, dropdown services pages, and text-based footer pages inside Ontraport matching our active Home page design. Assessment Architecture: Build 4 interactive forms/scorecards inside Ontraport that require custom CRM database field mapping. LMS Integration: Configure outbound webhooks (or Zapier) from Ontraport checkout and intake sequences to instantly grant or revoke access permissions inside Kajabi. CRM Data: Set up tracking tags and contact card layouts so our team can easily log manual, offline interaction notes.
