Technical Content Writer for Public Adjuster Website and Marketing Collateral

We are a public adjusting firm seeking a technical content writer with experience in property-insurance claims to develop content for our initial website and supporting marketing collateral. You will collaborate with our leadership and creative team to translate our vision and technical expertise into clear, credible, policyholder-focused content. Assignments will include website pages, service descriptions, FAQs, brochures, and educational materials explaining the claims process and the value of public adjusting. Ideal qualifications: • Experience writing for public adjusters, insurance claims, or property restoration. • Ability to simplify complex claim topics without sacrificing accuracy. • Strong website and marketing-copy skills. • Comfortable working from interviews, notes, and technical materials. • Collaborative approach to working with designers and incorporating feedback. Our voice should be professional, approachable, and empathetic, without generic insurance language, aggressive sales tactics, or unsupported promises. This is an initial project-based engagement with potential for ongoing work.
