Technical Interviewer – Software Engineering (Remote, Flexible)

As part of our services, we help clients evaluate and hire engineering talent. We're looking for experienced engineers to join us as technical interviewers. The Role As a Technical Interviewer, you will conduct structured interviews with software engineering candidates on behalf of our clients, assess their skills fairly and consistently, and provide clear, actionable feedback to support hiring decisions. You will also collaborate with our internal team, sharing technical expertise and helping improve our interview process. Key Responsibilities Conduct multi-stage interviews, including introductory screens, coding and technical rounds, and system design discussions Evaluate candidates' problem-solving ability, code quality, technical depth, and communication skills Write clear, well-structured feedback and hiring recommendations after each interview Help design and refine interview questions, coding exercises, and evaluation rubrics Collaborate with our team members and provide technical support on projects as needed Maintain a professional, respectful, and consistent candidate experience Requirements Hands-on professional experience in software development (e.g., frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, or DevOps) Native or fluent spoken English with strong written communication skills Experience conducting or managing multi-step technical interviews, including intro, technical, and system design rounds Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and system design principles Ability to evaluate candidates objectively and give constructive, well-reasoned feedback Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working remotely across time zones Nice to Have Experience as a hiring manager, tech lead, or interviewer at a technology company Familiarity with interview platforms such as CoderPad, HackerRank, or CodeSignal Experience working with a software agency or consulting firm What We Offer Flexible, remote schedule Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and technologies Competitive compensation based on experience Long-term collaboration with a growing agency How to Apply Please send your resume and LinkedIn profile, along with a brief summary of your software development background and your experience conducting technical interviews.
