Title: Creative UI/UX Designer + Frontend Developer for Real Estate SaaS Redesign

I’m the founder of Flip The Contract, a real estate platform for wholesalers, investors, and agents. I’m looking for someone highly creative who can take an existing CRM and workspace and turn them into a polished, intuitive, impressive product. The platform is already built. Now I want to elevate how it looks, feels, and works—from the public landing page to the experience inside the app. This project includes both design and implementation in our existing platform. What I need * Redesign the landing page with clear messaging, strong visuals, and compelling calls to action. * Transform the CRM and workspace with cleaner layouts, better organization, and a consistent design system. * Improve workflows: simplify navigation, reduce unnecessary clicks, and make common tasks easier to complete. * Improve onboarding so new users understand where to start and how to get value. * Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile. * Implement the approved designs and workflow improvements in the existing codebase. * Test the changes to ensure existing features, integrations, and user data continue working correctly. Creative direction I want someone with strong design judgment who brings original ideas and takes creative ownership. The goal is a premium, professional SaaS experience that feels modern, easy on the eyes, and enjoyable to use. Keep our existing brand identity while improving the overall experience. I can provide references and direction, but I’m looking for someone who can push the design further and explain their decisions. Budget and scope $2,500 total, fixed price, with payments tied to agreed milestones. Before starting, we’ll agree on the exact pages, workflow improvements, deliverables, and timeline that fit this budget.
