VFX Compositing and 3D scene for Music Video

VFX Compositor / 3D Artist Needed for Music Video I’m a director/producer working on a music video and I’m looking for an experienced VFX compositor, with the potential for some 3D environment work as well. The highest priority is professional green-screen compositing. I have live-action footage that needs to be keyed, tracked and integrated into a digitally created environment so that the final shots feel cinematic and believable. THE PROJECT: The visual concept involves placing the performers/subjects into a 3D/digitally created environment that will need to feel cohesive with the original footage. The exact level of 3D work is still being developed, so I’m open to either: One artist who can handle both the 3D environment and compositing A compositor who can work with a separate 3D artist A small VFX team if that is the best approach What I need help with - Highest priority: Green-screen keying Rotoscoping / edge refinement Green spill removal Motion tracking Camera tracking where required Integrating live-action footage with CG/background environments Matching lighting, colour, depth of field and grain Creating realistic shadows/reflections where necessary Final compositing and cleanup - Potential additional work: Creating or modifying a 3D environment 3D camera/environment integration CG elements Atmospheric effects Lighting/rendering What I'm looking for I'm looking for someone with a strong eye for photorealistic compositing and cinematic integration, rather than someone focused primarily on motion graphics or flashy effects. Experience with Nuke, After Effects, Fusion, Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini or similar software is welcome. A strong portfolio/reel showing actual green-screen compositing and live-action + CG integration is very important. I'm particularly interested in seeing before/after examples where possible. - Important - This is a creative project, so I'm looking for someone who can collaborate and problem-solve, rather than simply follow a checklist. I'll provide the footage, creative direction and visual references. I'm happy to discuss the best technical approach with the right artist.
