I publish a business teardown series on YouTube and as a podcast. Three episodes a week, about 15 minutes each, recorded in one session and handed over together. The format is deliberately simple and it is already built. For each episode you receive: A screen recording of an animated slide deck A separate camera file of me speaking, shot vertically The script, with the beats marked Occasionally a short archive audio clip to drop in Every graphic, title card, quote and number already exists inside the slide recording. There is nothing for you to design. The deck is built so that the right-hand 40 percent of the frame is empty and my talking head sits in it. Your job is to sync the two recordings, place the face into that panel, cut out mistakes and pauses, drop in any archive clips, and export to spec. A detailed brief covers every one of those steps. What I am actually hiring for: somebody who follows a written spec exactly, every week, without being reminded. This is a repeatable template, not a creative brief. If you enjoy inventing a new look for each video, we will not suit each other. The process: Paid test on one episode, at the full per-video rate. You get the brief and the files. I score the test on one thing: did you follow the brief. If it lands, we go straight to a rolling arrangement at three episodes a week.
