Build a prototype AI video review system for a YouTube education company. The system should let users upload short-form videos, analyze them using Google Gemini, and generate detailed, timestamped written feedback based on custom review instructions. The focus is on accurate feedback quality, not UI polish. We have historical human reviews to help train and evaluate the AI. For the first version, we need video upload, Gemini video analysis, custom review context, timestamped feedback, and a simple internal testing workflow. This is a prototype to test whether AI can match expert-human review quality. If successful, there is potential for a larger long-term product.
