Web Research & Data Mining | Company and Contact Data Collection

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Web Research & Data Mining Specialist to help us collect accurate company and contact information from online sources. The ideal candidate should have experience with web research, company research, data mining, and contact data collection. You should be comfortable finding business information online, checking the accuracy of the data, and organizing everything properly in Excel or Google Sheets. Main responsibilities will include: * Researching companies based on provided criteria * Collecting company names, websites, industries, and locations * Finding relevant contact information and business details * Researching decision-makers and key contacts where required * Collecting publicly available contact details * Performing online research from reliable sources * Checking collected information for accuracy * Removing duplicate or irrelevant records * Organizing data in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets * Maintaining consistent formatting across all records * Following provided research criteria and instructions * Delivering a clean and well-structured final dataset Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Google Search, company websites, business directories, Apollo, Crunchbase, or similar research platforms is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is accurate, organized, and comfortable with detailed online research. Strong attention to detail is important because all company and contact information should be properly matched and verified before submission.
