Wedding Photography Editor for LGBTQ+ Photographer

Summary

I'm a small wedding and elopement photographer who primarily photographs LGBTQ+ couples which is why it's incredibly important that whoever helps me edit these photos is a safe and affirming person of all love. At this time, I'm looking for someone to take on only a handful of weddings at a time with possible expansion. While I do have a preset I use, I'd really love to work with someone to take my editing up a notch and be open to discussing ideas and colors etc. I don't need photoshop help at this time. My average gallery is 400-600 photos and Ideally I could charge by the photo/ gallery. Thanks so much for your time and interest! :)
