WooCommerce / WordPress Speed Expert Needed Flatsome Optimization & Theme Evaluation

We are looking for an experienced WordPress + WooCommerce performance expert to help us significantly improve the speed and performance of our e-commerce website. We currently use Flatsome as our WooCommerce theme and are considering whether we should optimize Flatsome further or move to a faster, more lightweight theme. Our website: WordPress + WooCommerce Flatsome theme Large e-commerce store with many products Meta Pixel + TikTok Pixel WooPayments High traffic and significant daily ad spend Speed and conversion performance are very important to us What we need We want someone who can: Audit our current website performance in depth Identify the actual causes of slowdowns Optimize Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, TTFB, JavaScript and CSS Reduce unnecessary JavaScript/CSS without breaking tracking or WooCommerce functionality Optimize Flatsome and its configuration Review our current plugins and scripts Check whether our current setup is unnecessarily heavy Help us determine whether switching themes would provide a meaningful performance improvement Make improvements without breaking Meta/TikTok tracking, checkout, payments or WooCommerce functionality We do not want someone who simply installs a bunch of optimization plugins and hopes for the best. We want someone who understands the technical side of WordPress/WooCommerce performance and can explain what is actually causing the problems and why each change helps. If you have experience optimizing Flatsome + WooCommerce, that is a big plus. Potential long-term opportunity This can potentially turn into a long-term / permanent position if the collaboration goes well. We are also looking for someone who could eventually take on broader responsibilities, including WordPress/WooCommerce development and store management.
