WordPress Developer for Gutenberg Builds

We are looking for experienced WordPress developers to build and modify websites using our established starting point themes built with WordPress Gutenberg and Full Site Editing (FSE). This is not an Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, or other page builder position. It is also not a Gutenberg extension position. Our websites are built primarily using native WordPress Gutenberg blocks and Full Site Editing, with heavy use of custom CSS to achieve the required designs and responsive behavior. We do not build our websites around Gutenberg extension suites such as Kadence Blocks, Spectra, GenerateBlocks, Stackable, CoBlocks, or similar tools. Applicants must be highly comfortable working with native Gutenberg/FSE functionality, writing substantial custom CSS, and building websites with ADA accessibility and usability requirements in mind throughout development. Accessibility should not be treated as something that is checked only after the website has been completed. Developers are expected to consider accessibility while building templates, components, navigation, forms, content, and responsive layouts.
