Location: Remote – Philippines Only Job Type: Freelance / Long-Term Opportunity Experience Level: Expert Pay: $10 - $15 per hour or more, depending on experience Schedule: Flexible, with availability to coordinate with our U.S.-based team as needed ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled WordPress Designer based in the Philippines who can create, improve, and manage professional websites using WordPress. This role is for someone who is not only strong in WordPress design, but also comfortable using AI tools to improve website design, content creation, research, workflow efficiency, and problem-solving. We are looking for an expert-level freelancer who can work independently, move quickly, follow direction, and produce polished, professional website work with minimal supervision. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Build, redesign, and improve WordPress websites. • Create professional, modern, responsive website pages and layouts. • Work with WordPress page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, or similar tools. • Improve website layout, navigation, usability, and mobile responsiveness. • Create and update landing pages, service pages, blog layouts, forms, menus, and other website elements. • Make design changes based on provided instructions, references, or examples. • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to assist with website content, research, troubleshooting, and workflow improvement. • Use AI-assisted tools to help generate or improve website copy, images, layout ideas, and creative concepts when appropriate. • Troubleshoot WordPress design and formatting issues. • Work with WordPress plugins, themes, and basic website settings. • Make basic HTML/CSS adjustments when needed. • Optimize websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Help improve website speed, organization, and overall user experience. • Coordinate with our remote team and provide clear progress updates. • Complete assigned website projects accurately and on schedule. • Build AI-focused WordPress websites using modern themes and frameworks. • Work with Divi, Astra, Hello Elementor, Neuros, and Vizion, including built-in AI features. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Expert-level WordPress experience. • Strong website design skills with a clean, professional design sense. • Proven experience building or redesigning WordPress websites. • Strong experience with Elementor or similar WordPress page builders. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to follow examples, references, and specific design instructions. • Comfortable using AI tools as part of website design and development workflows. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Good written English communication. • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines. • Able to manage multiple website tasks and priorities. We are specifically looking for an Expert-level freelancer with strong hands-on WordPress experience. This is not an entry-level position.
