You will keep our website updated, publish approved content, monitor performance, resolve technical issues, and improve its visibility in organic search and AI-powered search results. **Website:** ehsanlawpllc.com We want someone who takes ownership, identifies problems, recommends practical improvements, and follows through. **Your responsibilities** **Blog publishing and content management** * Format and publish attorney-approved blog posts. * Add images, descriptive alt text, excerpts, categories, and SEO metadata. * Maintain consistent layouts and readable formatting on desktop and mobile. * Add relevant internal links between articles and practice-area pages. * Maintain accurate author/reviewer information and publication dates. * Manage the editorial calendar and flag older content for attorney review. **Website maintenance and monitoring** * Monitor website availability, broken links, errors, and contact-form functionality. * Manage WordPress, theme, and plugin updates with backups and appropriate testing. * Monitor security alerts, spam, and backup status. * Troubleshoot layout, navigation, hosting, and performance issues. * Maintain redirects and protect existing URLs when making changes. * Coordinate with hosting support when necessary. **SEO and search visibility** * Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics. * Investigate indexing problems, sitemap issues, duplicate metadata, and canonical errors. * Improve page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, and appropriate structured data. * Monitor mobile usability, page speed, and Core Web Vitals. * Identify opportunities to improve practice-area pages and existing articles. * Implement sound technical practices that make approved content accessible to search engines and relevant AI-search crawlers. * Track organic traffic, search visibility, and website inquiries where measurement is available. **Ongoing website improvements** * Make routine page edits and build new pages using our established design. * Keep firm information, team profiles, and service details current. * Maintain a prioritized task list and recommend improvements based on impact. * Check that shared technical changes do not disrupt our Spanish and Farsi website sections. **Important content requirements** We provide or approve the substantive legal content. You must not independently change legal advice, eligibility statements, deadlines, attorney credentials, or claims about results. AI tools may support your workflow, but you are responsible for checking the accuracy and quality of your work.
