Summary

We wanted to clarify the appropriate tax form for USA LLC . We are a U.S.-registered LLC, although all three of the company’s owners are non-U.S. citizens. We have reviewed this internally and also conducted some preliminary research using ChatGPT, which indicated that since the company itself is a U.S.-registered entity, a W-9 may be the appropriate form, rather than a W-8BEN-E. we need help to fill that form as need to submit to our client. ONLY US ACCOUNTANT OR EXPERTS. We will pay $ 100 for this work
