n8n + Airtable Automation Specialist — Trade Business CRM & Lead System Project overview I'm building an automation package for local trade businesses (bricklayers, builders, etc.) and need a developer to build the backend systems in n8n and Airtable. This will be a repeatable template I can roll out to multiple clients, so clean, well-documented workflows matter more than a one-off hack. What needs building:     1.    Quote-to-Paid CRM System     •    Airtable base tracking quotes → jobs → invoices in one pipeline     •    Status tracking (quoted / in progress / paid) with an at-a-glance dashboard view     •    n8n automations to move records through stages and trigger notifications     2.    Google Review Automation     •    Trigger: job marked "complete" in Airtable     •    Automatically sends an SMS/text (or WhatsApp) asking for a Google review     •    Include a direct review link     3.    Instant Lead Follow-Up     •    New lead comes in (form, Meta ad, etc.) → automatic reply within 60 seconds     •    Should feel personal, not obviously robotic     •    Logs the lead into the CRM automatically     4.    Lead Reactivation     •    Pulls historic/old contacts from the client database     •    Runs scheduled re-engagement campaigns (SMS/email) to old leads and past customers     •    Tracks responses back into Airtable Requirements     •    Proven experience with n8n (workflows, webhooks, error handling)     •    Strong Airtable experience (bases, automations, views, linked records)     •    Experience integrating SMS/WhatsApp APIs (e.g. Twilio) is a plus     •    Able to build something templatable/reusable across multiple client accounts, not just a single hardcoded build     •    Clear communicator, comfortable working from a rough brief and asking the right questions Deliverables     •    Working n8n workflows (exported/documented)     •    Airtable base template     •    Short documentation/loom walkthrough so I can hand this off to future clients To apply: Please start your proposal with the word "BRICKWORK" so I know you've read the full post.
