n8n Automation Specialist | Lead Capture System (Fixed-Price Milestones)

I'm looking for an automation specialist with real n8n experience for a lead capture and follow-up project for a private school in the Middle East. ABOUT THE PROJECT The client receives around 320 inquiries per month across three channels that are not integrated with each other: Meta Lead Ads forms, website forms and WhatsApp. Everything is handled manually, leads get lost and there is no attribution. The goal is to build the system that unifies those channels and makes response time measurable. The project is structured in three phases. I'm contracting Phase 1 now. The following phases continue with the same person based on results. PHASE 1 - THE SCOPE BEING CONTRACTED Meta Lead Ads webhook (leadgen field) and website form integration, for real-time lead intake. Deduplication logic. Automatic creation in the CRM (Zoho Bigin or similar) with source, campaign and language. Notification to the right person based on time of day, with a reminder if nobody picks it up. Dashboard with volume by channel and first response time. Error handling with retries and alerts. FOLLOWING PHASES Phase 2: WhatsApp Cloud API through an official BSP using Coexistence, template creation and approval, instant auto-reply, shared inbox for two teams, and a follow-up sequence. Phase 3: LLM-based conversational agent inside n8n, multilingual, with handoff to a human. Conversion attribution back to Meta via the Conversions API. REQUIREMENTS Proven n8n experience in production environments: HTTP nodes, webhooks, error handling and deduplication logic. Meta Business Manager: creating apps, generating long-lived page access tokens, and subscribing to the leadgen webhook field. CRM APIs (Zoho/Bigin, HubSpot or similar). JSON and JavaScript applied to data transformation. NICE TO HAVE WhatsApp Cloud API experience: number onboarding, template categories (marketing vs utility) and the 24-hour customer service window. Docker and Linux. I have a VPS for development and testing. A habit of documenting your work. Delivery includes written documentation of each workflow plus a walkthrough video. HOW THIS WORKS USD 200 per weekly delivery, 4 deliveries in Phase 1. No fixed schedule and no daily availability requirement. You organise your own time. What I evaluate is the delivery at the end of each week. Each delivery has a defined, verifiable acceptance criterion. For example: a test form submission must appear in the CRM within 60 seconds, with its source campaign attached. If progress is blocked by something outside your control, such as a pending client access or a Meta approval time, the clock pauses without affecting the delivery or the payment. Anything outside the defined scope is quoted as an additional delivery. Once each phase is in production, the system stays under a monthly maintenance contract with the client, which means recurring paid support. This project does not end with the build. Working language is Spanish. Technical documentation is English only, so you need to be comfortable reading it.
