100 year floodplain

Summary

Hello all our city has requested HEC-RAS floodplain letter stating that our proposed structure will not change the 100 year flood plain by more than 1 foot. we need to have a texas rejestered Professional Engineer PE cerate this and it must be stamped. To make your job very easy we have the cad files for the building drawings, topographical survey and plot survey and some of the hydraulic model. there has also been a lot of structurial engeneering done as well. please estimate accordingly.
