2025 Bookkeeping Cleanup & Reconciliation | E-Commerce (Shopify + Amazon US) | QBO

We are a US DTC e-commerce brand incorporated as a Delaware LLC (taxed as a C-Corporation) seeking an expert e-commerce bookkeeper to clean up and finalize our 2025 books in QuickBooks Online (QBO) so our CPA can file our 2025 corporate tax return (currently on extension). Scope of Work & Channels: * Shopify (Global Sales): Reconcile multi-currency sales, payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, etc.), refunds, returns, processor fees, and gross vs. net revenue. * Amazon Store (USA): Reconcile bi-weekly seller settlement reports, accounting for sales, Amazon FBA/referral fees, storage fees, refunds, reserve balances, and net bank deposits. * COGS & Inventory: Reconcile Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and record accurate year-end inventory balance adjustments for 2025. * General Ledger & Bank Reconciliations: Clean up categorizations and fully reconcile all bank accounts, credit cards, and processor merchant accounts for the entire 2025 tax year. * Tax-Ready Financial Deliverables: Produce a clean, audit-ready Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), Statement of Cash Flows, and Trial Balance formatted specifically for a US corporate tax return.
