3PL Invoice Auditor

Hello, We are looking for someone who can audit our UK and US 3PL invoices on a regular basis and recoup money on any errors. Tasks: Automate Error Detection: Programmatically flag discrepancies, including: Inconsistent pick/pack, storage, or handling fees that violate contractual rate cards. Mismatches between Shopify orders and 3PL line items (e.g., duplicate orders, phantom shipments, canceled orders billed). Overcharges in import duties, tax, and carrier dimensional weight (DIM) surcharges. Execute Claims & Recovery: Automatically generate evidence packets for flagged items, submit dispute claims to 3PLs and carriers, and follow up until credit notes or cash refunds are secured. Track Recovery Metrics: Maintain real-time dashboards showing audited spend, error types, and total capital successfully clawed back.
