What I need: 1. Site visit/ocular inspection to check existing columns, beams, and footings 2. Structural analysis of the current load capacity — I saw you use STAAD and have templates for this 3. Optional: Cost estimate for retrofitting + new 3rd floor build Proposed 3rd floor: Lightweight aluminum framing + glass walls, approx. sqm. Attached photos of the existing house + a 3D concept I mocked up.
