ACX Audiobook Editor Needed – Ongoing Chapter-by-Chapter Editing (31 Chapters)

I’m looking for an experienced audiobook editor to help prepare my audiobook for ACX. The narration will be recorded by me and my partner. I will provide chapters on a rolling basis, and I need someone to professionally clean, edit, and master each chapter so it is ready for ACX submission. -Project Details- * Audiobook: 31 chapters (approximately 430 manuscript pages) * Estimated Finished Length: Approximately 8 hours * Project Deadline: September 12, 2026 * Project Type: Fixed Price -Responsibilities- For each chapter, please: * Remove distracting mouth noises and tongue clicks * Reduce or remove plosives (“P” pops) * Remove handling noises, bumps, and other distracting sounds * Remove distracting breaths while keeping the narration natural * Ensure all audio meets ACX technical requirements (RMS, peak levels, noise floor, etc.) * Deliver mastered WAV files and ACX-compliant MP3 files ready for upload * If pickups are needed, provide a list of timestamps and notes rather than attempting to repair major recording issues -Workflow & Turnaround- I expect to submit approximately 5–7 chapters per week on a rolling basis. All submitted chapters should be professionally edited, mastered, and returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
