Responsibilities include discussing client background, crafting a comprehensive 'master' resume, and performing a LinkedIn makeover to impress recruiters. The goal is to create an impressive resume that can be tailored for each job description and LinkedIn account to match. Bonus: attract inbound opportunities with LinkedIn optimization. Collaboration involves 1:1 calls and ongoing email communication for revisions until client satisfaction.
