Account Manager VAs (Full-Time)

We are hiring full-time Operations / Account Management VAs for our growing SaaS company. This is a backend operations role focused heavily on organization, accountability, and execution. You will NOT be speaking with clients directly. Your role is to support service delivery and internal operations behind the scenes. We are looking for highly organized people who can work independently, follow systems accurately, and help keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: * Managing fulfillment workflows * Updating CRMs, spreadsheets, and tracking systems * Following SOPs accurately * Keeping tasks organized and completed on time * Supporting the operations team daily * Communicating proactively when issues arise Requirements: * Full-time availability during CST/EST hours * Reliable high-speed internet * Backup internet/power preferred * Strong written English * Highly organized and detail-oriented * 3+ years of remote work experience * Able to work independently and follow systems consistently Preferred Experience: * SaaS, marketing, or operations support experience * CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) * Slack, Notion, or Google Sheets Compensation: * $600–$1,200/month depending on experience * Long-term opportunity with growth potential To Apply: Please answer all screening questions thoroughly.
