This includes launching and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, crafting ad messaging tailored to parents in each local market, tracking KPIs daily, and confidently leading client calls. You'll oversee the entire funnel — ad performance, lead generation, tour bookings, show rates, and close rates — and continually look for ways to improve results at each stage. You'll collaborate with editors and creatives, but you own the final product. This is a proactive role: you're expected to reach out to clients before issues arise, not just respond when they do.
