Account Representative / Quote Coordinator — Custom Apparel Remote | Ongoing Position

We’re looking for an experienced account representative to manage incoming customer inquiries for embroidery and custom printing orders. You will take ownership of each inquiry, gather the necessary information, prepare accurate quotes, coordinate with our designer, and follow up with customers. Our goal is to send quotes within 1–2 business days once the required order details are available. We need someone organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions within established pricing and company guidelines. You will be responsible for: Responding to customer emails and gathering garment styles, colors, quantities, sizes, artwork, decoration locations, and deadlines. Checking supplier pricing and availability. Preparing quotes in Printavo using our pricing guidelines, including applicable setup fees, size upcharges, shipping, and decoration costs. Giving the designer clear instructions and following up on mockups and revisions. Reviewing mockups against the customer’s request before sending them for approval. Following up on quotes, answering questions, and helping customers move forward. Keeping customer communication, order details, approvals, and next steps documented. Flagging missing information or potential delays early and recommending a solution. We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience preparing quotes or managing orders for a screen-printing, embroidery, custom apparel, or promotional-products business. Strong written English and professional customer communication. Accurate pricing calculations and close attention to detail. Experience coordinating with designers, suppliers, or production teams. Consistent availability with overlap during Pacific Time business hours. Printavo experience preferred. Familiarity with SanMar, S&S Activewear, or similar suppliers is a plus.
