About us We work with mothers who want two things at once: a relationship that feels like closeness again rather than logistics — and a business of their own that actually works. Both at the same time, with children, in limited hours. That's demanding, and it rarely fails for lack of clarity. It fails in the follow-through between sessions: the conversation that never happened, the ad that's been waiting for weeks, the week that swallowed everything again. That's exactly where we come in. To strengthen our 1:1 client work, we are looking for a Commitment Coach (Accountability Coach) on a freelance basis. Your responsibilities Accountable support: You look after a defined group of clients between their coaching sessions and keep them moving on both fronts: relationship and business. Running check-ins: Regular short sessions (video, phone, or voice/text — as agreed) to review progress, name obstacles, and define concrete next steps. Making goals realistic: You translate big ambitions into steps that fit a life with children — not a fictional eight-hour workday. Keeping both areas in balance: You notice when the business is eating into the relationship, or when family life is permanently stalling the business, and you name it before things tip over. Spotting and addressing patterns: Procrastination, perfectionism, guilt, self-sabotage, overwhelm — you name them clearly and respectfully. Holding boundaries: You know where accountability coaching ends and when a referral (couples therapy, psychotherapy, specialist advice) is the right next step. Documentation: You keep structured records of progress, agreements, and relevant observations, and coordinate regularly with Sabrina Hellmeyer. Thinking marketing along the way: You bring your marketing understanding to the table — for the clients (who need to win customers themselves) and for us: how we phrase our offers, content ideas drawn from practice, input on reaching more of the right women. Your profile Requirements Completed coaching training (e.g. accredited by ICF, EMCC, DVCT, or DBVC) or comparable, demonstrable qualification and practical experience At least 2 years of experience working 1:1 with clients Real understanding of our client group: You know what daily life looks like for mothers with business ambitions — ideally from your own experience. Mental load, 45-minute windows, and guilt are not theory to you. Solid marketing skills: You understand how offers are positioned and communicated effectively — e.g. across social media, newsletters, website copy, or content formats A working grasp of self-employment and building a business (offer, pricing, winning clients) — you don't need to be a business consultant, but you should be able to make sense of your clients' challenges Sensitivity around relationship topics: you can talk about partnership without taking sides or slipping into therapy Strong sense of commitment and reliability — you model what you ask of others Clear, empathetic communication: you can stay warm and still ask uncomfortable questions Excellent German (C1 or better), written and spoken; solid English is a plus Independent, structured way of working and confidence with digital tools (video calls, scheduling, documentation) Registered as self-employed / freelance Nice to have Your own experience as a mother and/or as a self-employed professional Additional qualifications in behaviour change, systemic coaching, motivational interviewing, or couples/family topics Experience with self-management methods (e.g. OKRs, GTD, habit design), especially in time-scarce contexts Hands-on experience with Instagram/LinkedIn, email marketing tools, or copywriting in a coaching context What we offer Clients with something real at stake: You work with women who want to change something — and where progress shows up visibly in both their relationship and their business.
