Accountant / Bookkeeper Needed to Teach Me How to Do Accounting Using AI

I'm looking for an experienced accountant or bookkeeper who has figured out how to do most or all of the bookkeeping/accounting workflow using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI platforms. I am NOT looking for someone to do my books for me. I want someone to teach me how to do it myself using AI — reliably, accurately, and efficiently. The goal is to build an AI-first accounting workflow where I can give AI the appropriate financial data/documents, have it perform or assist with the accounting work, and have a reliable system for reviewing and verifying the output. What I Want to Learn I want you to show me your actual workflow for things like: Categorizing transactions Bank and credit card reconciliations Reviewing and cleaning up books Accounts payable / accounts receivable Creating and reviewing journal entries Month-end close P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements Identifying accounting errors or inconsistencies Working with QuickBooks/Xero or similar accounting software Using bank statements, invoices, receipts, CSVs, and other financial documents with AI Creating prompts, templates, custom GPTs/projects, or automated workflows Checking AI's work so errors and hallucinations don't make it into the books Most importantly, I want to understand where AI can be trusted, where it can't, and what controls you use to make the process accurate. Who I'm Looking For You should have: Strong real-world bookkeeping/accounting experience Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools Actually used AI to perform accounting/bookkeeping work — not just experimented with it A repeatable workflow you can demonstrate Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals Ability to explain your process clearly I'm especially interested in anyone who has pushed AI accounting much further than the average accountant. Give me one specific example of an accounting task you perform with AI from start to finish. How do you verify the AI's work and prevent accounting errors?
